1:1 and Semi Private Training 

At SkellaFiT we offer One on One training as well as Semi Private Training, because we believe that your time best spent with us is spent in a fully coached scenario. Here's how you can determine which choice is best for you:

One on One Training:

We often find that 1:1 training works best for those who fall into the following categories

  • Currently hates going to the gym and dreads the idea of working out around others.

  • Has a specific sport they would like to train for/to focus on.

  • Has specific physical needs

  • Would like to create a baseline for training to gain initial strength, stability and balance before diving into semi-private training.

Semi Private Training 


Strength Training is beneficial for anyone cleared by their primary care physician to do so. In each of these training sessions we will focus on one of the Big 3 Lifts, as well as accessory lifts. This is an ideal training session for those looking to get into Powerlifting. If lifting heavy isn't your jam, don't worry. We've got plans for beginners and those with physical compensations as well. Sidenote: Lifting won't make you bulky unless you're really intentional about it. 


Boxing and kickboxing are two popular combat sports that require strength, agility, and endurance. Both sports involve striking techniques, conditioning and balance. Whether you're looking for a fun way to get your cardio in, improve your endurance, burn stress or eventually compete, boxing and kickboxing can provide a challenging and rewarding experience.

Empower Hour

This one hour mind-body session packs a big bang for your buck! With a desire to share multiple healing modalities, this is a hybrid class of mindfulness, yoga stretches, Pilates strength and meditation. Welcome to all body abilities. Modifications as well as advancements will be offered to accommodate all levels. Kelly focuses on connecting your mind with your body, with utmost importance put on correct postures and alignments. We strive for quality over quantity.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art. It emphasizes ground fighting techniques and submissions, such as chokes and joint locks, to defeat opponents. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is known for its effectiveness in real-life self-defense situations and has become a popular sport and form of exercise worldwide. BJJ at SkellaFiT is run by Spider Monkey Grappling of Alpena.

We created STRONG AF as a 12 week beginners program, building foundational strength that will become the baseline for ANYTHING you want your body to do. You'll learn how to use gym equipment, gain confidence and feel more capable than ever to move in ways that make you feel good.


Our coaches will meet with you online individually and in a group setting to give you the support of an amazing community of people with similar goals, drive and solutions.
